Shipping information.
Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering ( we do not ship on Sundays or holidays ).
We ship orders to all EU countries, U.S. states, as well as all other countries.
Shipping.
Greece.
Delivery time: 1-2 business days.
Cost: free shipping on orders over 150€, on orders under 150€ the cost is 5€, on orders with the pay on delivery option the cost is 2€.
European Union.
Delivery time: 5-8 business day.
Cost: free shipping on orders over 180€, on orders under 180€ the cost will be calculated according to the weight of the ordered products with a minimum shipping cost of 20€.
International shipping.
Delivery time: 10-15 business days. The cost is calculated according to the weight of the ordered products. The minimum shipping cost for international orders is 20€.
NOTE:
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping Status.
You will receive an email informing you that the order has shipped. The email will include a tracking number and a URL to check the status of your order. Any duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and beyond our control. We are not able to estimate these fees as they vary from country to country. The best way to calculate the costs is by contacting your local carrier/custom office.
Lost packages.
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. It is the responsibility of the receiver to locate packages. We will, however, do our best to help you. We highly suggest you select a delivery address you trust and preferably one where someone is able to receive and sign for the package.
NOTE:
If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs change your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund.
Once an order ships and is in transit it is not possible to cancel the order.
Returns and exchanges.
As a brand we want our customers to be very happy with our products. However, if for some reason there is a problem with your order we will do everything in our power to assist you.
The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning any item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note that all exchanges and returns can only be processed in full priced items, for products in unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
